"BRISKET & BLUES" EVERY SUNDAY 7:00 PM - midnight
Uncle Frank’s smoked meats include mouth watering Beef Brisket, (smoked for over 30 hours) succulent Pork Ribs, delectable Beef Links and scrumptious Chicken. We also serve fried Chicken Wings, Buffalo Wings(basted in our own special sauce), fried Shrimp, and fried Fish Fillet. Our sides include but are not limited to: Cajun Corn, Collard Greens, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Candied Yams, Hush Puppies (fried), Fried Okra, Baked Beans, Cornbread, Fries, and Black-eye Peas.
Uncle Frank’s is staffed and equipped for full-service/on-site catering, catering delivery or customer pickup catering. Our catering menu contains enhanced dishes for you to explore and we work personally with each catering client as if he or she is a family member. This is to insure your wish dish is prepared with love and to specification.
Uncle Frank’s can also provide live musical entertainment to make your event extra special. Uncle Frank’s founder, Will "Roc" Griffin has produced Grammy nominated productions and he will perform Blues, Jazz, and/or Soul with his live band “Vicious Groove”.
